Introduction: KODAMA Guideline has been promoted in Taiwan since 2011, evolving from Taiwanese courses to Japanese courses without interruption. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, online teaching was adopted. This passion for education is the reason why KODAMA Guideline has taken root in Taiwan and is widely loved.

We are honored to interview two prominent figures. Professor Kodama is the developer of the guideline, accumulating over 30 years of clinical experience to compile a set of learning principles for basic education. Professor Chen Chun-Cheng is the most important promoter in Taiwan, enabling KODAMA Guideline to take root in schools, hospitals, and clinics, establishing sound concepts and organizational management for tooth extraction.
